• IMS has moved to the Quality Inn Office Complex, Suite 212 (2nd Floor), Window Rock, AZ 86515.
• Operating Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (We are open during lunch).
• Requests can be submitted in-person or mailed to IMS.
• You may also contact your local police records clerk for assistance in submitting your request through them. They can verify your identification, collect money orders, and route your request to IMS.
• Please note, we adhere to the NN Privacy Act, NNC 2 § 81-92.
